Research on the Narrative Design of Minority Fairy Books- -Take the Creation Epic "Xue Zi Shi Er Zhi" of the Yi Nationality as An Example

Abstract

Ethnic minority myths are not only an important part of Chinese national culture, but also the object of the creative transformation of Chinese traditional culture. The rise of "China chic" wind also makes ethnic minorities attract the attention of young people. This paper analyzes and discusses the narrative design of minority myth books. Through the climbing and analysis of the narrative design concept, the narrative design model of minority myth picture books is constructed, which starts from three aspects of theme, plot and language. Then, the paper takes the creation epic "Xue zi Shi Er Zhi" of the Yi people as an example to verify the design model in practical practice. The relevant design methods will play a beneficial role in the design practice of picture books of ethnic minority myths.
