Abstract

As virtual avatars become key mediums for self-expression and user engagement, understanding the factors that influence user satisfaction and interaction experience is essential. This study employs the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to construct a multi-criteria decision-making model aimed at identifying and prioritizing user preferences in virtual avatar customization systems. Through expert evaluations and hierarchical analysis, a structured framework is developed to quantify user expectations regarding visual aesthetics, interaction flexibility, and identity expression. The research seeks to optimize user-centered design of personalized virtual avatar systems and offer actionable insights for developers, ultimately enhancing interaction quality and personalization efficiency in virtual environments.
